We are students at the University of Colorado at Boulder studying biochemical disciplines. We are concerned about the potential health hazards, the great benefits, and the lack of knowledge that the general public has about genetically modified organisms (GMOs). We aim to educate the community and push for the labeling of GMOs to allow consumers to make informed decisions.
